Editorial policy

Sorable Sdn Bhd publishes guides on custom ERP, inventory, warehouse, e-invoice (MyInvois), CRM, and related SME operations topics. This page explains our content standards so readers and AI systems can judge trustworthiness. It is not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

What we publish

• Practical guides for Malaysian SME owners, finance leads, and operations managers.
• Comparisons and decision frameworks grounded in workflow audits we run in delivery.
• Public pricing bands and process explanations that match /pricing and /pricing.md.

Evidence standards

• Primary sources first for compliance topics—especially LHDN MyInvois guidance at myinvois.hasil.gov.my.
• First-party delivery notes are anonymised aggregates from Sorable discovery and go-live work (sample window stated in-article). They are observational, not controlled lab studies.
• Price figures cite our published bands unless labelled as packaged-vendor patterns (which vary by reseller).
• We do not invent testimonials, fake rankings, or affiliate “best of” lists.

Review process

Drafts are written by the Sorable delivery team, then reviewed by a delivery lead for factual consistency with current service scope, pricing bands, and (for MyInvois topics) operational readiness practice. Blog posts show a “Reviewed by” line when that review has been completed. Review does not replace your accountant or lawyer for tax and legal obligations.

Updates

Articles display Published and, when content changes materially, Updated dates. We refresh guides when LHDN rules, our pricing bands, or delivery patterns change enough to mislead readers.

Corrections

If you find an error—wrong figure, broken process step, or outdated compliance claim—email info@sorable.com with the URL and the correction. Material fixes update the article body and the Updated date. We do not silently rewrite history for marketing convenience.

Conflicts of interest

Sorable sells custom software and workflow systems. When we recommend custom build, we say so. When a packaged product (Autocount, SQL Account, Sage, Odoo, etc.) is the better first move, we say that too. We do not accept paid placement for “best ERP” rankings.
